What triage does

Establishes whether Decision Diligence is warranted and informs Cortavian's scope recommendation before any paid engagement.

What triage does not do

Perform Decision Diligence, analyse the decision, examine evidence, run the AI Council, produce a mini-report or recommend whether you should proceed.
