Engagements

Scope follows the decision.
Not a weaker standard.

Every paid engagement applies the complete Decision Diligence method. The appropriate route is recommended after Decision Triage, based on what is at stake, the evidence that needs examining, the complexity of the decision and the reporting or governance required.

Before an engagement

Decision Triage

The free suitability and proportionality step establishes whether Decision Diligence is warranted. Cortavian then recommends the appropriate engagement route. Triage is not Decision Diligence, substantive analysis or a recommendation on whether you should proceed.

02 / Commercial route

Bring the decision.
Agree the mandate.

Focused, Full and Board are proportional engagement routes, not products the buyer is expected to diagnose.

Following triage, Cortavian sets out the recommended route, written mandate, evidence boundary, timing and fee. Work begins only after those terms are accepted.

An organisation that has successfully used Cortavian and later has a continuing flow of consequential decisions can discuss an ongoing arrangement.
